I love traditions. For some folks, a vacation spot may be tradition. Disney can be a tradition for many families, I know it’s kind of that way for us. It can be something as simple as fresh roasted peanuts at a baseball game or popcorn at the movies, too. Traditions don’t have to be big.
One tradition that we have is that I buy my wife a Disney coffee mug at each of our visits. During our 2018 trip, I bought her the Chip from Beauty and the Beast mug. We didn’t pick one up during our 2019 trip because we were focused on taking care of our kids because we didn’t bring this (it was a weekend trip for my wife and I). This year, in 2022, I bought her the 50th anniversary mug.
We also would take trips to Gulfport, MS to see family and we’d go to the Disney store there at the Outlet Mall. We’d pick up mugs there as well. I got an Avengers Infinity War mug, my wife picked up a Stitch artwork mug as well as a tall travel mug. My wife has ordered me a couple of mugs as well from Shop Disney. I got an Emperor’s New Groove mug as well as the Iron Gauntlet mug.
It’s a nice little tradition we have and we look forward to building our coffee mug collection over the years. What are some of your Disney traditions?
