What you’ll need:
- Tater Tots
- Fritos or any other corn chips
- Chili (homemade or canned)
- Shredded Cheese
- Green Onions
- Sour Cream
Step 1
Cook the tater tots as the package directs. We typically use our air fryer. Cook your chili or heat your chili up on the stovetop. Dice/Chop up green onions and set aside.
Step 2
Once the tater tots are done, separate them out into individual bowls. Add your corn chips and top with chili, shredded cheese, a sprinkle of green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
Our Story
These are great and they go well with hot dogs, burgers, or even grilled cheese sandwiches. The only recommendation I have is to not combine EVERYTHING into one bowl. Serve them in individual serving sizes so the tater tots stay crispy. Bring a fork and a napkin because these get messy!
